Popeye's Chicken is very good. Much better than KFC. I don't like spicy food so I just get the regular, wussy fried chicken but it is delicious. Their sides are good, too.

There is a Boston Market within driving distance from me that my daughter and I go to if we are heading out in that direction. I could make a meal out of several of the sides alone at Boston Market.

Brats, potatoes, green beans, peppers, onions, carrots, parsnips, and cabbage. Steamed in a keg. Rednecks know how to eat.

Tonight we will be having "cajun" chicken on the grill, fresh salad from the produce stand on the drive home and just a couple of mini potatoes on the side.

Paleo isn't so bad.
