Tonight, I'm making the quintessential New Year's Day menu; smoked sausage, red beans & rice, and cooked greens. Plenty of cold beer, hot sauce and apple cider vinegar will round out the meal.

Coke can chicken with a coca cola/brown sugar glaze, red potatoes sliced and dressed with onion soup mix the baked, and broccoli.

Finger foods every New Year's Eve. so it's italian Bread Pizzas With 3 cheeses & Mushrooms & Meatballs, And Different "egg" rolls(Veggie, Chicken). today was the first Day we were out since before X-mas, Just beginning to feel a little bit better...

Cooking a pot of millet instead of rice to have with PFChang orange chicken frozen entree. If it sucks, there's always pb&j.

New Years Day dinner. black-eyed peas, cornbread, fried cabbage, pork chops with gravy, and soft fried potatos with onions. sweet tea and some apple pie. Mmmmmm goood!
