I like making Jack Daniels beef. Cook a pot roast in a Crock Pot overnight with a packet brown gravy mix until it is very tender. Take it out, shred it and put it in the 'fridge until the fat congeals. Take the fat off, put the shredded beef back in the Crock Pot with some Jack Daniels to taste. Let it cook another 4-5 hours. Serve it in hamburger buns or sandwich rolls. Absolutely DELICIOUS.

Tonight we are trying a new recipe, Jim Beam glazed pork roast. Going to wrap the roast in tin foil soaked in Jim Beam, Jalapeno peppers, garlic, a spoon full of brown sugar. Seasoned potato spears, cornbread, spinach, cheese cake.
