We have a local cook. He prepares local (west African) and western (U.S.) style food for two meals a day. Breakfast is usually a local only affair with beans, boiled eggs, Indomi noodles and sausage. I sample some of their food occasionally.

broke down and had a Big Mac and a large order of fries last night! still got dressing and ham left over!

Ok Saturday we butchered 3 pigs. Love to do that. Two were raised on a diet of pizza scraps and were fat as hell.

Here is the 1st pig.

Maybe the best I ever ate. Fed 6 of us. With a pig and 6 deer in the freezer winter looks good.
