Way too much. Horseradish starts degrading as soon as you cut it. It will lose its potency rapidly. You'd better eat it all this week.
And don't throw that gas mask away. You'll need it later.

Deer tenderloin.


Cooking.



Dinner is served. Meat is reddish pink in the middle and a few sides. Don't get any better than this.

Powers out. We had cheesy lasagna and teriyaki rice. Not half bad really

This was dinner the other night. House-mate cooked up a storm and did it right! I haven't eaten this well for a few years. It was delicious! Oh, and that's oven-roasted chicken on the right, mashed sweet potato at 7:00, mixed salad with goat cheese and nuts at 9:00-11:00 and snap peas at 12:00.
