i usually make such a large amount of chili, that even with giving a bunch away to friends and family, we still have quite a bit left over that we put in the freezer. later on when i get in the mood for chili, i can put some in the fridge and heat it up for supper that night.

If I put it in the freezer, I forget about it. I don't mind eating the same thing for days on end until it's gone. Then I make a big batch of something else and eat that for a few days. It's not always easy cooking for one.

Spoken like a true gentleman. My budget is more towards a nice glass of Rum, but I am with you on the steak and potato making a meal. Honestly, I usually skip the potato, and just have beef.

Tonight I'm stiring up some Sloppy Joes for me. The wife doesn't care for it so I got her a lamb shank out of the freezer. That suits me cause I don't care for sheep.

I hate sloppy joe so when I make it for them I eat gnocchi with pesto because they don't like that.

I love home made sloppy joes. I don't like lamb, either. I can't even eat a gyros.

By the time I get home from class, I'll be too tired to cook, so I'll have the good ol' fashioned Frozen Burritos
