We usually have stuffing with stuffed pork chops or roasted turkey. Smashed potatoes with cornish hens or meatloaf. I'm making myself hungry.

I just had some tomotilla salsa verde with pearl onions and roasted pork in it. I didn't add as many jalapenos as usual but it's still pretty spicey.
I made garlic bread with some bakery mini sub rolls to go with it.

I also started my beef marinating so I can make Beef Bourguignon tomorrow.
I'm making it the French way instead of the easy way that I usually make it. A little more work but it'll be worth it.

I think potatoes taste better when baked in the oven. I don't wrap them and I like the skin a little crispy. I will eat potatoes out of the microwave but I prefer them baked in the oven. I truly think they taste better out of the oven.

I have a small rice cooker. Makes cooking regular rice very easy. Put the rice and the water in the rice cooker and it turns itself off when the rice is done. It never burns and it's as easy to make rice as it is the instant rice and it's healthier as it's the full grain and not parboiled with the husk taken off as instant rice is.
