Man, I know I've got some teriyaki sauce in the depths of my fridge. I'll have to excavate and see if it's any good. I've got some chicken that could take that.

I just put a couple of chicken bossoms in a teriyaki marinade. I guess I'll stir fry some rice to go with them. Don't know what I'll do for veggies.

I'm also going to make some more of GGC s pizzacotti. This time I'm going to add some ricotta I need to use up in the stuffing.

Put some veggies in the stir fry rice. It's delicious.

You should add cooked spinach to the ricotta and use it instead of the mozzarella sticks.

I didn't use the cheese sticks either time, I used real mozzarella cut into pieces. I used a combo of mozzarella, fresh parm., and ricotta.
It came out great. I had one right out of the oven and packed the rest for lunches or dinners.
I'm not much for spinach but I'll be trying other things in there as well. I like pineapple on my pizzas but I'm not sure if it will work in these. It might add too much moisture.
Thanks for the recipie. Obviously it's quickly becoming my go to lunch .

I made the chicken teriyaki for dinner. I was too lazy to stir fry the rice, so I fixed like a pilaf.
I shredded some cabbage, cut up some big green onions and celery, put it all in a large saucepan with the raw rice, chicken stock, and the marinade, then set the chicken bossoms on top, covered and baked it for an hour and ten minutes.
It came out pretty good. The chicken was cooked through but moist.

Attsa nice!!

Sweet Italian sausage & peppers, angelhair pasta with pesto-cream sauce, crusty bread, red wine and a tangy slightly sweet cucumber salad with dill weed.
