It didn't look that good but boy it ate good!

Beef burgundy, a chuck roast that was browned hard then simmered from noon until 6 pm in 3/4 bottle of red wine, beef stock and three crushed cloves of garlic, reduced the jus down and made gravy. The poataoes au gratin from the other night, a nice mescaline salad and raspberry jello with fruit salad in it and Grands biscuits.

I'm full!

Nice! I've been eating bad lately(not bad food,..just overeating, like before My diet...so tonight......

Beef vegetable beef stew simmering on the stove right now. I am getting very hungry. Supposed to get in the mid 40's this weekend, so I went for stew.
