My alternative to fast food...monterey-jack and bacon crusted chicken tenders and French fries.

And homemade rolls from earlier.

Not sure if it was the beef brisket or jambalaya, but something has thrown them little bacteria in my system a party. Thank God for Phazyme.

Tonight I've got a 2" NY Strip, green beans almadine, cheese scalloped potatoes (I was gonna put diced ham in but forgot), and a1/2 gal. of real milk from the Mennonite market to quench it with.
Gonna hate it when they close for winter!

I also made a few egg mc muffles for morning break at work this week. Some with ham and some with Taylor's Pork Roll.

Its Friday and thats simple food night around here. Going to fry some battered cheese sticks (store bought) and then hot wings. I already have 14 wings cut up and ready. Just have to drop the wings in the deep fryer probably in 2 or 3 batches while I heat up the sauce. Blue Cheese dressing with carrot and celery sticks on the side. All that washed down with a Bud Black Crown beer. I hope everyone has a great and safe weekend.
