Takes care of lunch sides for a while.

Today I had a sirloin steak and mashed potatoes at The Club 60 restaurant in Mountain Grove. It was very tasty.

The Pengie took a dive into Balota's beer. That's what The Pengie had for dinner.

Supper last night. Baked chicken, corn, baby shrimp salad, and bread and butter.

Breakfast this morning. Frozen biscuits, milk gravy with Purnells sausage.

Baby back ribs, Velvetta shells and cheese, garlic toast, peppers and tomatoes out of the garden.

The ribs were my first attempt on my smoker. They tasted AMAZING but when I went to cut them up they just fell of the bone. I'm happy with them but I wish the meat had stayed on the bone alittle better.
