Johnsonville brats on the grill, with good spicy senf on a Semmel, topped off with a cold Shiner Bock! Black Lab and a boxer by my side, listening to the waterfall and pond. doesn't get much better...wifey is watching some sorta horror movie on the tube...I prefer al fresco dining and the evening stars!

I'm enjoying the recipe's, but I have a top notch cardiologist and heart surgeon's numbers for when you all need them. I'll hunt down my salmon recipe and post it sometime soon. Don't worry, it has some flavors.

Lunch today was enough. A Ginormous salad with grilled chicken breast...at an organic place in Sedona called " the field"

Dinner was oven-fried chicken and couscous. Dessert was this:

Homemade strawberry shortcake torte with fresh whipped cream. So good, there's none left this morning!
