Pork, peas, biscuits, stuffed mushrooms, and a spinach salad. Was a pretty good supper.

You forgot to crack some eggs on top of your sweet peas, just before they are done.............

I love stuffed mushrooms. I've never made them, though.

That mushroom on the left must be on steroids. It takes up half of the plate.

I'm making a pizza. just got the onions, mushrooms, pepperoni and mozzarella sliced and grated. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to make the dough and let it rise and while thats going on I'll brown the ground chuck and sausage. Going to enjoy a glass of Merlot before I start that. Should be ready to eat around 7:30. Bon Appetite.

I'm making up some Carnitas for stuffing into soft flour tortillas with salsa, sour cream, shredded Jack and lettuce. Con arroz y frijoles y dos o tres cervecas muy frio.

Started off with an appetizer of blue claw crabs done in Old Bay. Marinated some Jumbo Shrimp (U-10s) in lime juice and garlic. Sauteed them in an iron pan with a little olive oil. Did 8 large scallops that I had seasoned with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onio powder, cumin and chipolte chili powder. Sauteed the scallops in another iron skillet, and added corn on the cob to the finished product.

A locally done white wine, and life was good.
