the wife made these wonderful grilled sandwiches tonight. they have ham, turkey, bacon, swiss and pepperjack cheese and mayo, on Texas toast, then grilled on each side until browned and the cheese is melted.

had mine with Lays Wavy potato chips and a glass of sweet tea.

Mmmmmmm goood!

grilled meatloaf sandwiches are pretty dang good.

slice the meatloaf while it's cold so it slices easier, then lightly pan fry it until it's warmed up. then place your slices on bread with some swiss cheese and mayo, then just grille the sandwich until golden brown.

i like them served with either french fries or potato chips.

Never tried one. Not really big on peanut butter myself. Besides, doesn't it get all runny when you heat it up?

yes they do! but you don't eat them like a regular sandwich. you drizzle maple syrup over them and eat them like french toast or pancakes.
