I am going to saute 9 scallops (1.5 lbs) and 12 shrimp in olive oil, butter, shallot and garlic. Make a sauce out of the scrapings, chardonney wine, chicken stock, garlic, shallot & lemon juice. I will also steam some fresh corn on the cob. A good La Crema Chardonney with it and life is good!

Grilled Arctic Char, grilled squash and salads (fresh from our garden)! Oh with frozen Long Island ice tea to drink.

Skinless chicken breast cut up and marinated in basalmic vinegar. Salt, pepper, garlic powder and then coated in Wondra flour. Fried at medium heat in a cast iron skillet. To use any other skillet to cook in makes you a rookie at cooking. We have every size there is. Sliced mater, green beans, biscuits, and corn on the cob. And yes I prepared this meal, start to finish.

limbkiller, are you open to the idea of adopting a 53 year old son?

It's in almost all the stores. You'll find it if you look for it.

I don't want him to adopt me, I just want him to feed me.
