LARGE ante-pasta salad with romaine lettuce, pickled mushrooms, pimento, tomato, sweet red onion, ham, salami, mozzerella, two different kinds of green olives. Drizzle of Italian dressing. Yum-eee.

I wish I saw this earlier, I'd have taken a nice picture of inside the grill...
BBQ burgers, chops. Cooked up some beans and corn on the cob with it. Made enough so I don't have to cook for a few days

Lightly "blackened" grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli, sliced, local, high-tunnel Amish tomatoes & red beans and rice, of course, with a little hot sauce.

Can't eat all that without a cold, frothy Y.O.L.!
