I have my spaghetti sauce in the crockpot simmering with homemade meatballs and sweet Italian sausage. Cooking the meat in the sauce gives it an excellent flavor. I'll post a pic later.

Sounds great! I love lasagna. Sunday is usually a crockpot day so I can enjoy other things.

Friday night: swordfish steak, roasted red potatoes in some buttery Alfredo sauce, mixed grilled veggies, hot rolls. It was my anniversary.
