This is my busy time of year and my girlfriend/wife does most of the cooking now. Last night we had "Italian Torta", it's a double crust pie stuffed with salami, cappacola, prosciutto, provolone, spinach, pitted kalamata olives, roasted peppers, all drizzled with olive oil and topped with shredded parmesan, then baked until golden brown & crusty. Mama Mia that's a spicy meatball! Served that up with a Caesar salad, onion roll & a glass or two of white wine. OMG!

Went camping this weekend and cooked over the fire: homemade brats, mushrooms, peppers and onions, and sliced potatoes. Other meal: marinated sirloin, garlic baked potatoes, and green beans.
