Trying out a Culinary Circle, Italian Veggie and Goat Cheese Flatbread Pizza. Looks and smells great. They are from Albertson's out West or Acme in the East.

I added some Feta and Kalamata, along with oregano & garlic powder. Yum!

I really like the Culinary Circle frozen, rising crust pizzas and I think I'll stick with them in the future. The veg. and goat cheese pie looked and smelled better than it tasted, even with my mods.

Last night me and the wife went to Lake Michigan on the bike. Then went out to eat when we were headed home. I had mahi mahi with grilled brussel sprouts and artichoke hearts, and cranberries. It was amazing.
