I had a teriyaki chicken breast I made at home and a salad but I did buy two home made biscuits from the cafeteria at work. They were mighty good.

OKay, grill masters. I need help. I made two salmon fillets and a swai fillet on the grill. I put them on one of these, first, so the fish wouldn't fall through the grate. The fish stuck to the grate. I suppose I should have sprayed it with some non stick cooking oil, huh?

We put vege oil on a paper towel and once the grill is hot, we use tongs to wipe down the grill with the vege oil. Works like a charm. You could do the same with the grate I'm sure.
