And the two together in one would just drive you nuts. Just finished the meal 2 min ago, Good stuff. She uses the left over whiskey mash, dries it and crushes it to make the bread. I don't know the whole process she uses but know that I am not allowed to throw the mash away.

I had pepperoni pizza about 4:00 pm then forgot to eat, I found about 8 more jobs to apply for now it's time to go to work so no time to eat. I am bringing some pretzels, crackers, carrots, cheese to work though.

I used to have a sourdough starter. It was like taking care of a pet. You had to "feed" it some sugar and flour every couple days. It made the best bread and pancakes. I eventually just used it all in cooking. I could start another one, though, but I'm not as available to bake as I was when I stayed home with the kids. This working concept sucks sometimes. LOL
