WOC that looks good. But a pint of Black & Tan [Never say that in the Irish Republic] and some soda bread would make ole Locutus happy.

Finally fixed a real dinner. First time in about four or more weeks.
I went quick and easy.
Black & blue NY strip, scalloped potatoes, and thy first fresh asparagus of the year.

Corned beef and cabbage with home made rye-sourdough bread. Home made hot mustard and some home made apple wine I have been aging in the gun safe for almost 2 years.

Left home alone to fend for myself tonight.... the "Official" Cardiac Sandwich.

Spam, fried egg, swiss cheese and a handful of those OREO's she thought she had well hidden. Who wants to be meeeeeee.....?.....sounds of crickets......
