That food looks safe but as a Westerner I am concerned about your health. How can you eat all of that meat with out a single Jalapeno pepper?

Not particularly, but the wife and kids went out of dinner to my favorite pizza place and since I am on a special diet right now and pizza is not on it I decided to stay home and make my own dinner. Its cheaper that way!

You must bake a loaf of Irish Soda bread to go with your corn beef dinner. Irish Soda bread is a very good Quick bread. If you have some dried fruit you like throw in a hand full.
