Last night's supper.

First you start with 2 small deer backstraps. After cutting them up and rolling in flour frying in peanut oil and adding fried taters, collared greens, biscuits and gravy you have a meal.

You then add apple peach pie for dessert.

Tonight it was two Cornish hens, cooked cabbage, sweet taters, and biscuits and gravy. I guess ya'll can tell I love biscuits and gravy. LOL. This for the Southeners on the site. Yankees don't have a clue about good eating.

OK, I just finished the best dinner I have had in a loooooong time! Went to a little fish place called Lena's Seafood in Silver Springs, FL - the original Lena's Seafood is in Salisbury, MA., which we used to go to all the time when I lived up there. Had fried scallops and haddock, onion rings, fries and cole slaw! AWESOME!!!! Sorry no pics people, but lemme tell you - it was WELL WORTH THE TRIP!

WHAT?!? You went to Jack In the Box and didn't have tacos? There are many times I would just about fly out west just for a JITB taco. I love those greasy, disgusting things.

For dinner tonight I just cooked a Tilapia fillet and had a salad. I've been too lazy to cook anything fancy. Maybe this weekend............

But they're so greasy and pasty and disgusting............what's not to like? Taco Bell is like a gourmet taco compared to JITB. LOL
