That looks great. I've been eating very "unexciting" lately. Nothing noteworthy.

I put little potatoes in the meat because the couple times I went to Mexico they did and it was tasty. I love my little taco stands.

Yeah, I've come a long way, baby.

And soups, stews, casseroles, pizza, etc. are considered one food item.
OK, yeah, maybe not mashed potatoes and cole slaw (which is great on a cheeseburger by the way) but how about plain mashed potatoes versus mashed potatoes with chopped garlic (mixed in while the potatoes are still hot out of the pot), cheddar cheese and chopped chives? Then take a forkfull and a piece of steak and eat it all at once. Dems good eats!

Winds Of Change so true chopped potatoes are added to the meat in Mexico. The bad news eating food in Mexico can cause Montezuma's Revenge. That is when you attend the Kopectate Festival a National Holiday in Mexico.

That does sound good. Several years ago, I might not have done that.

When I was 16, my siblings and I had an opportunity to go to Jamaica with relatives. My brother got sicker than a dog there. I think it was just the extreme change in diet. He perpetually had a bottle of Kaopectate in his pocket and white residue on his lips. When my Mother picked us up from the airport, she had to stop a couple times on the 45 minute trip home from the airport for him to poop. Poor kid.

We're meeting family for dinner @ Cheesecake Factory.

I wonder if Penny will be our waitress?

We last ate at a Cheesecake Factory in Vegas, a couple of years ago, this one will be in Delaware.

I hope it's as good as the other one, the Fish Tacos & the Cheesecake were real good!!

I didn't think the prices were bad at all, but that may have been one of those Vegas deals!

Tonight I'm having pork enchiladas smothered with hot (NO ****, HOT) green chilies. HOT guacamole salad,
Spanish rice, "fritos frijoles" and orange flans.

A glass of "Patron" just before dinner should set the mood.
