This article made me sick to my stomach. Disgusting.

As for dinner tonight, my daughter made home made baked macaroni and cheese.

We finally just had soup. My son made it:
V8 juice
Normandy blend vegetables
2 beef bullion cubes
Rice
And of course : cornbread. With it getting cool the last couple evenings it was great and really easy to make.

Just made a quick stir fry. Shrimp, peppers, garlic, broccoli and gluten free soy sauce (tamari).

Since I'm spending a couple of nights in my new city digs, I went out and had a pork loin chop, rare (still cold in the middle), with rice pilaf, and ice cold tomato-celery salad. One bottle of Carmenier and one bottle of Barbera.
