I had supper at my aunts house tonight. Rabbit and chicken jambalaya.

Yeah, I caught it in one of my boxes last night. It was kind of cold last night and they like to find a warm place to sleep. We have a lot of brown cotton tails in our fields over here.
My aunt raises chickens for eggs and eating so everything was fresh. Can't beat that!

I'm mostly German and a sprinkle of dutch from my Mom's side and I'm Hungarian and Romanian on my Dad's side. Hubby had a taste for it so that's what we had. .
