Country fried steak is one of my favorites. The first time I ever had it I was in Nebraska with my grandparents when I was little. Great memories.

Had pounded chicken breast stuffed with basil and goatcheese. On the side, asparagus and deep fried eggplant. My wife Alice does agreat job in the kitchen and can make damn near anything her heart desires.Good to have a girl that knows how to cook.

Me and the wife and four of the kids went out to eat and I had a nice 16oz porter house steak, medium rare with steamed broccoli and mac and cheese. She had bacon cheese fries and ranch chicken wings. My steak was amazing...
