Having Tandori Chicken tonight with some Mashed taters and shrooms. Its gonna be the first spicy thing I've eaten since to surgery on Tuesday. The wife knows its one of my favorites, everything that she makes is fantastic. It really helps if you marry for something else besides money, guns, cars, peach pie or fame. All that is just gravy if it ever comes. If you marry for food you have it made.

Ha! Not that bad, Ill fry chicken tomorrow or lunch have tortellini in red sauce for supper. Slow lazy day today.

Mexican lasagna, not sure what it is but it is covered in red enchilada sauce and I love that sauce

we had leftover pulled pork made into sandwiches, french fries and cole slaw. i had some strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Mmmmm good!

Oh I know. I like to eat weird stuff from time to time. Strangest thing I can remember, when I was little there was no food hardly in the house. Dinner one night was home canned hot banana peppers with peanut butter on them and water to wash it down.
Wasn't to bad. Got me along for another day. Glad to of had it.

And yet, no SPAM, WTF is up with that?
Go get yourself a can and a potato. Run both of them thru a cheese grader, mix. Throw some butter in a pan, fry it up just like hash browns. Fry 2 eggs, over easy. throw those on top, add some A! steak sauce and tabasco to taste and enjoy, Damn it. Post pictures of your meal and tell us how you liked your first SPAM.
