Deer Jerky.

I cut up some deer meat Friday night for some deer jerky.
Dinner, what's up? - The Club House

Marinate the meat 20-24 hrs.
Dinner, what's up? - The Club House

First of 5 trays I stacked on each other and dry for 7 hrs.
Dinner, what's up? - The Club House

And this is what you get. Great eating I tell you.
