Dick's will never see another dime of my money. Dick's and CTD are both on my never buy from again list.

I say starve them out of business. If they couldn't stand behind us when we needed them they can just go pound sand.

Ahh ok. Werent we already aware that dicks is not our backbone for 2A stuff? Its not like it was a real shocker. Plus, it was a business decision. I get it.

I don't see it as a very wise business decision. Pissing on the people that buy your products isn't that smart.

Default Just so we're clear on this...

Point of fact here... Dick's pulled the AR's off the shelf under pressure after Newtown... Claimed they would NOT be selling them anymore (although they never stated whether or not it would be on a permanent basis)... and are now selling them at the "Field & Stream" chain that they own. With that in mind they now have the Anti's AND the (slighted ??) gun enthusiast pissed at them..... (IMHO) it seems to me they are like the aforementioned Cheaper Than Dirt and (while never admitting they did anything wrong) trying to get a healthy customer base back.

I just posted this thread to get a gauge on how my fellow shooter feel about that... PLEASE don't start attacking each other over this.

As for myself, I have no inclination to buy firearms from a big chain... especially AR platforms that can be had from other reliable sources .... I would rather give my money to them or the local Ma & Pa who (I feel) stood by the shooters during the panic...
BUT.. would I blame anyone else for getting their supplies from them ??? Nope.... especially when you might have no other choice in your particular area.
