Odd, love to've been there, or at least a fly on the wall. My mom, a blind woman, was treated exceptionally well by a Delta crew once. Since then I've sang their praises. Hmmmmmm seems like a dumb move on their part to simply sweep it under the carpet like it seems they've done. Well if they lose the business because of this they've got no one to blame but themselves. Shameful, but not at all surprising of big business these days.
