Oh the joys of the old unmarked cruiser. I miss my old 88 Ford interceptor. Especially when I go to pass someone on the four lane roads. So much fun to watch them almost sh!t themseves, and move back into the slow lane.....
i too have had to bite my tongue! smart azz remarks sometimes do not get you a lighter ticket!

mine actually wasn't new enough or even really looked like a police car. it looked more like a four door family car. but underneath the hood it had all the police car upgrades.

I have a 1969 Porsche 911e project. Yes, I know, it's not a muscle car or truck but one day it will be cool again.

Those are my favorite types, I love the 4 door "family" cars. I have had 3 crown vics, all of which had the interceptor package, that were a lot of fun red light to red light.

i bought that old '71 Fury from a used car lot in the mid '80's. mine had a 440 with a TorqueFlite transmission. it was fun car to drive and had no problem lighting up the rear tires! it embarrassed more than a few cars, simply because most people didn't expect a four door car, that looked like a family car to be fast. it had hubcaps but i didn't like the look of them so they got pulled off and put in the garage.
