A great summer time drink that is refreshing, cool and gentle to the taste.
5 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Triple Sec or other Orange Liquor
4 oz sweet & sour
4 " slice of cucumber
2 thin slices of cucumber, garnish
ice
salt
Preparation:
You can make simple syrup; bring to boil 1 part water, 2 parts sugar, stir to dissolve.
Quarter the 4 inches of unpeeled cucumber
2 Margarita glasses, rim with salt, optional
Instructions:
Place all liquids and the 4 pieces of cucumber in the blender and blend well, no chunks of cucumber. Fill blender with crushed ice and blend to desired consistency. Pour into prepped glasses and garnish with cucumber slice.
Sit in the shade with that special someone and enjoy all life has to offer, optional but recommended. __________________

You're lucky that I'm feeling compassionate tonight, lest I ban you for this offense.
A margarita should contain nothing except 3 oz. good tequila (I prefer Patron Resposado), 1 oz. Grand Marnier, and 1 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice all shaken with ice and poured into a frosty low ball with no salt.

Now why do you want to go and ruin a good drink by putting that gay azz rabbit food into it. Man that is like putting veggies on a burger. meat and cheese that is all you need for a burger. Tequila and Lime that is it. | |

I suppose no one saw the optional on salt. It means use it if you desire. __________________
