In CA, kitty could eat a few hikers, joggers & a bird watcher or two before being darted & relocated (at govt expense) to a new area.

Generations of no hunting has left them w no fear of man.

Still want to stay w 22 Mag ? I saw a huge cat in a zoo but never one that big in the wild.

I'm not sure why we are judging cats for being "loose". Cat's "Ho it up" when they want and are pretty loud about it most times. Don't be judging.

One of the main things i like about cats is their little killer instincts, like little furry demons.

Gonzilla, My friend who is a rancher in western Canada sent a picture of a lion. The "Big" cat killed in Canada tipped the scale at 233 Lbs. A young man was taken by a cat 2 years ago. The 15 year old was fly fishing in the Mtns below my house. His body has never been found.

Hock, That is very real. The lion was taken in Colorado last year. That is a some what average cat. The winter coat can make a 150 lb cat look much larger than they really are.
If the cat was a 233 lb animal I doubt that fellow could hold it up. A cat is very powerful and can handle kills greater than their own body weight.
