I love all kinds of music, I got my BA in music, including country but not much that has come out in the past few years has done anything for me. There are a few here and there but thats it....I love old country though. __________________ If the pain is lacking so is the discipline...

New country is worse than nu metal.
Old Willie, Johnny and Hank are okay, but the new stuff isn't really my thing. It seems to be mass produced and more image intensive than anything in the pop world. We get it, you drive a truck, wear a cowboy hat and chew Copenhagen. You're still not a redneck if you were born and raised in Pasadena. Where did that accent come from anyway? It doesn't sound Pasadenian. |

Ok I am a bit of a weirdo but I love Toby Keith, Alan Jackson and George Strait. At the same time I love 2pac, Eminem, and Snoop. I know I know, I just love music and pretty much anything with a good beat. |

Hey check out www.joeshorten.com he just released a new country album and has a very patriotic cover song. Besides he is a strong concealed carry kinda guy...trains at a regular basis and teaches at a nationally known school when not singing in Nashville or cutting a new album. |
