Cops shoot 2 in LA by mistake

During training I assume police are trained not to shoot unarmed innocent people. Note: This is a total guess on my part as I have no first-hand knowledge of their training. So this is either a total lack of training or a total break down of training or willful disregard of that training. Other choices are that those police were scared out of their wits and just started shooting. Or they wanted to "get in on the action" so they shot at the first possible opportunity. Or they were ordered to shoot first and ask questions later. Any of these scenarios are at the least grounds to have them fired from their jobs. Or bring criminal charges against them. But nothing will happen to these cops. Nothing. The lives of those two women may be totally ruined. At best the physical scars will not show or cause permanent impairment. They likely will have nightmares for a very long time.

Police knew the brand, model, plate number, and color of the bad guys truck, the ladies truck met none of those criteria.

There's a former police officer gunning after other police officers. This is the result.

At that point, a driver in another pickup truck that look similar to Dorner's drove toward them on Flagler Lane near Beryl Street. Officers, suspecting it was Dorner, purposely collided with the truck and shot at him.
Ram and shoot first then find out who's driving the truck.

The Socialist form of government is not held responsible. The California Socialist government is only protecting the state. The individual under this system has no value.
The group to which you belong is ranked by the states need for support. The rouge police officer fits that profile. If he is captured alive he will be another Major Hassad.

I;m curious. Does anyone know what firearms they used?

Rogue cop, killing cops has all of Southern Kali on edge. WTS, there is little excuse for shooting innocents like this.

Robo-
Do you want to go after this trained man who hunts cops, pull him over, snap the cuffs on and read him his rights...or do you want to take him out before he gets you ? Yes, mistakes were made. The police are human and humans don't function well in a hurry . And to me, you are no more than another voice on this forum in case you are about to pull rank on me .

I don't know about you but it's pretty hard for me to understand how someone WITH training can confuse a Honda truck with a Nissan truck ... or a large black man with 2 women

Only in Torrance, however, were people shot by officers who thought they were face to face with Dorner.

A team of Los Angeles police officers protecting the home of a high-ranking officer in the 19500 block of Redbeam Avenue believed a pickup truck (a blue Toyota) that stopped in front of the house matched Dorner's black Nissan Titan. Police opened fire, wounding two women tossing copies of the Los Angeles Times onto porches.

A neighbor said he heard as many as 20 shots.
those LEO were close enough to be firing than they were close enough to know the correct vehicle and number of suspects that they are on alert for!
