Default Chili recipe needed!

Title says it all. I'm off work today, it's going to get butt cold outside(right now it's the warmest it's going to be all day), I've got tons of deer ground and ready to go, I'm making chili. Who here has a good recipe? I like it with some spice too. If I'm not sweating a little bit, it's not good chili. What have you got?

fantastic...

heat dutch oven empty on the stove top, when its hot (sprinkled water sizzles) add olive oil 3tablespoons, chopped green pepper, 3 slices chopped bacon, chopped onion, sliced jalepeno, and crushed garlic. cook until the onion is translucent.

once cooked take everything out, leaving the bacon grease/oil, then add spices to the raw meat, salt and pepper (fresh crushed if possible) red pepper flakes and chili powder, brown meat.

chop meat after browned to make it nice and fine, add everything back into the pan.

add tomato sauce, diced tomatos, washed beans and all the previous veggies, simmer and add spices to taste if more are needed.

does that help?

Alright, I've got to go split cut/wood for a couple hours and then it's chili time. If there are no other entries in the chili cook off when I get back, I will start on this.

Spitty, I'll be back with the recipe that I've won chili cookoffs with. Have to get it off the computer at home. It calls for beef, but venison would work just as well. And no beans....I'm in Texas.
