Yeah, they can be little trouble makers when they are little! I had a kitten that used to climb up the clothes in my closet with her claws when I first got her. Fortunately they do settle down when they get a little older.

I saw a short video clip on the news of the authorities removing the contraband from the cat...the cat was hating it.

Cats are not dogs. They are bright little animals and need to be engaged. Not drooling goldfish with legs. And kittens are the best (no eating comments!) -- so sweet, inquisitive, and playful fun.

Yeah, my kitten is a lot of fun but he sure does get into a lot of trouble. Good thing he's cute and I love him.

I would like to add that the snake handler was probably correct about the snake just looking for warmth. I woke up to Speck being coiled up on my chest when i left the A/C set too cold.

Nah, cats are free spirits who help us out only out of the infrequent goodness of their hearts, not to get that next doggie bisquit.

I did see a cat pants a hippie who had some "catnip" in his pocket, but i don't think the cat was on the force.

I disagree with the snake just seeking warmth. It bit the child three times. I don't think he was just seeking warmth.

It's no use comparing cats to dogs. Each have a very different place as pets to us humans. I live with both and love both species......but for very different reasons.
