Default For Catholics, or anyone else.

I'm curious, for those of you that are Catholic, what saint did you choose for your confirmation and why? I don't know if any other church's do this, that's why I said Catholics. But I picked Saint Michael, because he is the patron saint of police and military personnel. And seeing as how I wish to become a cop, it made sense. Don't know how many replies I'll get, but I'm interested.

I too picked Saint Michael, the Archangel, some 50 years ago. Then later spent 23 years testing him while I played Army all over the world. Dude is good at what he does. Brought me through several storms, and a bunch of car wrecks.

Heck, I can't remember that far back. I think I picked St. Joseph, the patron saint of aspirins. I needed a lot of them in my younger drinkin' days. .....markerdown

Mine was St Joesph. Mostly because of a favorite Uncle and I already had a middle name of Michael.
