This financial crisis is forcing California State and local agencies to make some tough decisions. If things continue for much longer, there's a real risk that we may have to lay off Jose.

great example of state employees earning thier wages and pensions. This mirrors the State workers of many if not most states.

I'm sure Jose', hard worker that he is will have another job in short order.
