Police in VA busted a guy selling guns on craigslist more than one. Just because their TOS says you can't sell something does not mean it's not prevalent.

Sites dedicated to selling guns.... FTF comes to mind. You can post your for sale ad and a buyer could setup a face to face meet. Any online forum is a potential sales sight.

Ive traded a few guns through texasguntrader.com. You can print a bill of sale for your records. Just tell whoever your trading/selling with that you need to see there chl and they will need to sign a bill of sale before you meet them face to face. Dont actually need a chl just a valid texas dl but that is just my preference.

I have a question for this brain dead sh!t heel. Why isn't mayor Bloomberg up on some federal charges right now? During his investigation, he facilitated transactions in 14 states. A private transaction across state lines MUST go through an FFL by federal law. Plus the "buyers" were not even buying for themselves. Add a violation in the form of straw purchases. Don't even get me started on Charles Shumer. Those of us who live in his district have been trying to get rid of him for years. Oh the power of idiots in large groups.
