It's cool. But I have to agree with some of the other posts. A logo should be simpler which would make it easier to replicate on any and every type of merchandise.
I won't critique it completely but I will say that it should define your business wholly, not have things that you think are cool on it because chances are some people don't think it's cool and you simply won't get their business. A logo should define your business not make an opinion.
That shirt is pretty cool though. And the graphic is great. Do yourself a favor and go to a Harley shop in your area. You will see skulls on some merchandise...but not all. You'll see hot chicks on some, but not all. You wanna know what you will find on just about every item they merchandise? The bar and shield, that is a logo. Can't get more simpler, and lucky for them, more iconic that that bar and shield logo.
