I like broccoli.
I know, it's a little out there thread, but is there something out there that you like but just won't admit it? It don't have to be food related....Anything.

I prefer it raw. Will eat it about anyway. Not a fan of it drowned in cheese.

I don't like cheese on any of my veggies.

I like broccoli. I also like Brussels sprouts but it does bad things to my GI tract.

I like fruitcake.....many people don't.

I have a lot of 'quirks'. Too many to list.

Best quick broccoli recipe:

Wash and cut up broccoli into bite-size pieces.
Place in a microwave safe bowl with just a dribble of tap water & cover tightly with plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 min. (depending on oven wattage)
Allow to steam itself, covered for 2 -3 more min.
Serve hot, drizzled with Balsamic vinegar and salt.

Quick, simple, low fat and pretty healthy.
