Streetcar Named Desire
On The Waterfront
Mutiny On The Bounty
The Young Lions
Viva Zapata
Julius Caesar
The Missouri Breaks
The Fugitive Kind

Steve McQueen was also a big favorite of mine.

Many remember Brando as he ended up, not the early years.
I liked McQueen as well. He died too soon.

Brando was one helluva a damn good actor. McQueen IMO was just a cooler guy though, because his interests outside of acting were similar to mine.

he actually did do quite a bit of the driving in that movie and would have done more of the stunts if he had been allowed to. he also did quite a bit of his own driving in the movie Lemans as well.

Serious actor vs action star. Like comparing Daniel Day-Lewis to Bruce Willis IMHO
