Default Brain Twisters

Lets see who can figure this one out.

Int he picture below you can take the square and cut it into 4 pieces to form the rectangle on the bottom. Show me how you would cut the square. No cheating with google or any other search engine. Do your own work..... The first to solve this one will post the next Brain twister.....

How do you go from 64 squares to 78 squares with 4 cuts?

Howsabout, 1,2,6,42,1806,? What is the next number in the series (where the ? is)?

Something ain't right...
I can't account for the first digit...


Nevermind...i got it.

X= y*(y+1)
where y= previous number in sequence!!

Of course this is disingenuous because 0 is not included in the original sequence.
0 * (0+1)=1
1*(1+1)=2
2*(2+1)=6
6*(6+1)=42
46*(46+1)=1806
1806*(1806+1) = 3263442
