Default Bore guides

Just curious who uses bore guides for cleaning. Are they worth the 20$?

I always do. I have the fancy Stoney Point type and almost never use it. I like the guides made of blue Delrin plastic. I pick them up for a dollar or two in people's junk boxes at gun shows and turn them to whatever diameter I need. A Mauser diameter guide and an Enfield/Mosin-Nagant diameter guide will cover a lot of the rifles out there.

I most generally always use one for loading my smoke poles. Use it for cleaning too.
