Default blizzard time!!!!
I live in northeastern massachusetts and we are forecast to get 16-24" + of snow friday and saturday. They are saying blizzard conditions with 5 foot snow drifts!!!! Everyone is panicking but I love it!!!! Anyone else in southern new england on ftf???

The funny thing is we havent had much snow to speak of this winter or last winter. The ground is bare right now. I get a kick out of all these so called "new englanders" who have lived here their whole life and panic.

So this is a crazy storm. Still have power but lots of snow and wind. We are at the two foot mark for snowfall

What has happened? Seems like only yesterday. The too warm winters in the N.E. was the sign of the end. The followers of Al Gore were banning V-8 engines and milk cows that fart.

we didn't get nowhere near the 12"-18" that was forecasted ..... maybe 4" tops


but hey, it made for great television for the masses

In the 60's and 70's we'd get Lake Effect snow here in Northern Illinois.
We don't get that anymore. I kind of miss a gargantuan snow storm every 2-3 years. I don't know why we don't get them anymore. As a kid, we LOVED them.
