Default Birthday present to self!

Well now that its my birthday, I've been contemplating buying a bunch of ammo to stock up. Especially, since I have the money now. Thanks to the casino, last Wed I made won $200. I bought from Midway USA in May and they still have my records. So when its your birthday, they give you a "birthday price" on 95% of the products. I can buy 00bk for $4.04 per 5 with the birthday price. I have 23 hours left to decide if I want to do it, so I came here. This isn't an ammo question, but its off topic and would like to hear from the FTF community.

Okay, well I have a few options here. I can either buy a bunch of 00bk for 4.04 and add shipping..or I can pay 4.49 per 5 00bk at Walmart. Now, I wanted to get a shotgun belt and some other stuff. Even with shipping, I'd only be spending 2 dollars AT MOST than if I bought 00bk at walmart [with tax].

So, what would you do? Save a few bucks and not get the shotgun belt..or spend the extra few bucks?
If I, however, decide to buy the 00bk online, I will be buying 20ga ammo [100rd packs at Walmart] and 22 ammo local.

S.S.
BTW- I'm 19. Just a young feller. Its also 2am so I'm kind of bored.

I'd go with the shotgun sling or belt then buy the ammo wherever it's least expensive.

IYRC[if you remember correctly], I made a revolver thread a while back. Month and a half maybe. I want to, but the amount of time and energy to
1. Get a permit
2. Buy the gun and have it put on the permit
is such a waste of time. I could easily get one and illegaly own it..but I dont think I could live with myself if I did. As much as I want to, if I continue living in NY when I'm 21, I dont think I want to go through the obnoxiously long process to legally own one. Too much driving around from one place to the next. I'll stick to my shotguns.

Thanks for the happy birthday, Goju.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SS !! As far as stuff to get for yourself, I would agree that it's your day to get what makes you smile. I am also looking into getting a bandolier for shotgun rounds. So I would say, buy two.. I'll send my address so you can ship the second one here.. HAHA just kidding..
The handgun ? Good things come to those who work for it.. Jump through the whoops and hoo haw and get one.. You can get a Taurus Judge and shoot .410 rounds through it.. Still shotgun rounds.. Right ? My 19 yr. old son already got my Ruger new model Blackhawk .357 for graduating High School and enlisting in the Army.. On his 21st birthday it will be put in his name..
Again, Happy Birthday.. Enjoy being young while it lasts..

Thanks YIC.
You sure do pay attention to detail and quickly pick up on said details. Shotguns and a revolver. Its only 1am there, but almost 4am here.

Well first things first. I need to take a handgun course. I'm very impatient and waiting a long time for pistol permit is a bit ridiculous. Idk. I'll do even more research, talk to more people who have a NY pistol permit and see what they think. It'll only get harder to get, not to mention TWO MORE years until I'm even eligible to get one.

Heh. Maybe I'll buy one and have it shipped directly to you.
If you become a supporting member, I will.

Thanks again.
