All the good ones have already been taken, guys....but my vote for first would be "Heat."

"Enemy at the Gates" had some fairly good sniping, but was not a really good movie because they had to throw in the whole romantic angle, like so many movies feel compelled to do....IMO.

Most accurate sniping movie, TO DATE, was the opening 3 or 4 minutes in SHOOTER, followed by his shooting of the incrediable CheyTac .408 at a can of Beef Stew.
